   By clicking on the City, you will see all our deals from this city,
   By clicking on the hotel name, you will see hotel description and a picture gallery.

2. Fast search by City, located at the top right corner, will let you select a City of your Departure and will display deals from this City Only.
   There are two types of Cities in this search. The ones that have stars* next to them, are the charter flights and usually are the best deals going.
   Selecting No star* city will allow you to build your vacation using regular scheduled flights, these deals are generally a little more expensive, but you never know.
   
   
3. Resort Area navigation will show you all the deals to the chosen Area.
   There are Prices and Dates displayed on all the pages containing our deals. By clicking on these dates you can start a booking process for corresponding dates of departure. If dates are not active, these dates are available over the phone only.
   Similar navigation along with the prices and dates exists on all the pages.

All Inclusive package includes round trip airfare, ground transfers to and from hotel, all meals; all drinks (including alcoholic beverages) non-motorized water sports, nightly entertainment, hotel tax.

When can I expect to receive my documents?
Documents normally arrive between 7-10 days before departure.

How many hours prior to departure, I would have to be at the airport?
For charter flights, two hours before departure.
For scheduled flights, two and a half to three hours is recommended.

What are the benefits of purchasing travel insurance?
Having insurance allows you to cancel for any reason within 24 hours of departure. You tax goes back on your credit card and the rest comes in a voucher form that you can use for your next vacation.

When making a reservation how can I be certain that I’ve given the right names?
Your name should always reflect as it appears on your passport or birth certificate.

What is the policy for reconfirming flight times?
For scheduled flights, it’s recommended to call the airline 72 to 48 hours before departure.
For charter air, no confirmation call is necessary. In the event of flight time changes, you will be notified by Travelizone.
